The company was founded by three entrepreneurs to specifically address the energy market from a cyber resiliency standpoint.

Hitesh Mohan is expert in petroleum logistics and energy infrastructure assessment and protection. He has developed detailed geo-spatial system for entire US energy infrastructure to determine risks and vulnerabilities. He has has more than 30 years of experience in petroleum engineering and public policy consulting, including design, management, and performance of numerous energy market, infrastructure vulnerability, resiliency and logistics studies and policy analyses, gas storage, Carbon Capture and Sequestration. He is specialized in petroleum logistics, supply chain management and emergency planning.

Mr Mohan heads the team of experts dealing with liquid fuel resilience and mitigation options for the US Department of Energy and other agencies.

Norman Fortier has over 25 years of professional experience leading large infrastructure portfolios, consulting on Data Management, Strategic Planning, Thought Leadership, Portfolio, Program and Project Management. He is one of 140 globally PMI® credentialed in Portfolio (PfMP®), Program (PgMP®), and Project Management (PMP®). Additional certifications include Certified Information Security Manager (CISM) and a Certified Enterprise IT Governance (CGEIT) professional.  He has a proven history of managing large Federal IT Programs at various DOJ, DOD and civilian agencies. He has successfully developed  effective maturity models for various federal agencies. Norm has excellent record of achievement, numerous customer awards and recognition’s. He has a unique perspective combining government service, executive leadership and consulting experience ensuring that value is achieved with every customer at all levels of the engagement.

He was selected to participate in an Executive Leaders Radio show featuring successful business executives. Profiled in Volume 6 “Profiles in Success: Inspiration from Executive Leaders in the Washington D.C. Area”.

Agency experience includes: Department Of Homeland Security, Federal Intelligence Agencies, Federal Retirement Thrift Investment Board, Federal Aviation Administration, Department of Transportation (DOT), General Services Administration (GSA), United Stated Postal Service (USPS), and the Defense Contract Management Agency (DCMA).

With over 30 years of experience providing cutting-edge technology solutions globally, Shivaji Sengupta is a distinguished professor and visionary technology entrepreneur. Specializing in emerging technologies such as Artificial Intelligence (AI), Machine Learning (ML), and Cybersecurity, Shivaji is at the forefront of technological innovation. He is a key figure in enhancing high-level discussions at major conferences between federal government and industry technology leaders on critical topics including AI, cybersecurity, supply chain, and smart cities.

Shivaji serves as an Adjunct Professor of Cyber Security and Information Technology at prominent HBCUs, including Delaware State University, the University of Maryland Baltimore County, and Grambling State University. His influence extends to numerous advisory boards and committees focused on cybersecurity, computer science, and technology. Additionally, Shivaji is on the Board of Directors at Armed Forces Communications & Electronics Association (AFCEA) International, a nonprofit 30,000 strong membership association serving the military, government, industry, and academia as a forum for advancing professional knowledge and relationships in the fields of communications, information technology, intelligence and global security.

An accomplished professional, Shivaji holds multiple certifications from DCSA, AWS and Six Sigma and is a prolific author of publications and patents in cybersecurity and digital solutions. As the leader of Magnus Management Group, NXTKey Corporation and Gleecus TechLabs Inc. he spearheads the delivery of innovative information technology, information management, and cybersecurity solutions to federal and state governments as well as commercial customers. Shivaji Sengupta’s expertise and leadership are driving forces in the advancement of technology and cybersecurity.

Keth Ditthavong has worked in both the public and private sectors across multiple disciplines that encompass technology and law.  He has counseled Fortune 100 companies and start-ups in all aspects of intellectual property from patent portfolio development and licensing to trade secret protection.  He established an artificial intelligence (AI) practice to not only secure patent rights for AI innovations, but to analyze the legal implications related to privacy and data protection.  He worked for a Federally Funded Research and Development Center as a Senior Systems Engineer in data communications, and a major telecommunications company as a Senior Telecommunications Engineer; he assisted various government agencies in assessing and developing their communications infrastructure. 

As an entrepreneur, he co-founded an Internet start-up in the early ‘90s using his expertise in network engineering.  His love of entrepreneurship remained in tack after attending law school and working at boutique and major law firms.  In 2000, Keth co-founded his own law firm, and grew it to a premier international firm with multiple domestic and international offices.  He has passion for socially impactful philanthropy and has served on the board of several charities. 

Bez Hoxha is a skilled energy consultant with 15 years of experience in market research, academic research, strategic consulting (operations and product development), and real-world drilling experience (globally and internationally, offshore, and onshore). Bez is a petroleum engineer with a PhD in Energy management consisting of 12 years of engineering experience and 3 years of management consulting in strategy in energy technology. Bez specializes in technology evaluation/commercialization and digital technology solutions for the oil & gas, geothermal, and sustainability (clean-tech and climate-tech) sectors. Bez is a GTO merit reviewer, SPE journal reviewer, APOGCE journal reviewer, American Petroleum Institute sustainability group, SPE distinguished lecturer, and a writer for the Energy Institute annual energy outlook.
